The rooms are very clean and nicely updated. A full, hot breakfast is included with your room. Parking was an extra $5/day -- A modest inconvenience -- but it is key-access only and covered. Wi-fi is provided, no xtra charge.

Upon arrival, my room was outstanding, I had a small sliver of an ocean view, free full breakfast complete with Belgian waffles. The breakfast attendant was very pleasant.

Breakfast is included and is a definite plus. Located 5 min. from ocean beaches. A bit on the noisy side due to main street outside. 5 min. walk to water taxi pickup. We thought it was a great buy for the price. Room also includes a small refrig, microware and safe. Downstairs bar also offers a small selection of sandwiches and pizza.

On the other hand, on approach, the bathroom looks clean but when the seat is lift up ,it needs proper cleansing. The bathroom counter appears to be dark color marble and when rub with a towel there was so much dirt (dirt is being camoflouged by the dark color)!!!! Detailed cleanliness needs to be an emphasis at this hotel in these days of hepatitis, among other diseases.
