Reviewed by Joanna R. of on May-2007 Stayed at the Property - May-2007 Both our car rental and rooms had been cancelled by error (NOT by Hibiscus staff). We arrived with no vehicle and nowhere to stay. Management provided rooms which were available for only part of our stay in Key West and worked diligently finding other last minute hotel rooms for us. Hibiscus had good continental breakfast with pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, fresh sqeezed orange juice, and tea. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely stay at the Hibiscus again.
Pros:	Large rooms
Cons:	Remind at check-in to respect others by quietness.

But noise around the pop machines near pool all night never stopped- and our room was the only one "overlooking" the pop machine. A call to the desk quieted things for 5 mintes. Would stay there again, but get a different room.

The staff has always been friendly and informative in the past 3 years that I have visited. Though the pool can become a little crowded at times it is a great way to meet orther people. There is on site parking, close by restuarants and you are within easy walking distance of Old Town Key West. Great place to stay at an affordable price. This is not the Hilton, but I like it.
