Reviewed by Amy W. of Belleville of IL USA on Jan-2007 Stayed at the Property - Dec-2006 I enjoyed staying at this hotel, with the exception of the service we received from the front desk...one woman in particular. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. However, the rest of the hotel staff was pleasant and our room was very clean. The gardens at the hotel were beautiful and the heated pool was a definite perk of the hotel. It seemed like they needed more seating by the pool area during breakfast.
