My kids white socks were black from the dirty carpet. There was tape holding something up on the ceiling and no smoke detector. We didn't have to pay for a vibrating bed since the fireworks from Disney vibrated the whole room. Was afraid the windows would break. Would stay in a tent outside before ever staying here again!!!

We booked this hotel online & the rooms weren?t as nice as the pictures. Our room was disgusting our feet were filthy black, the tub didn't appear of been cleaned before we got there & the bed frame was put together with coat hangers. We asked for the carpets to be cleaned and they did and they replaced the bed frame. Even though they were kind enough to do so it should of never been like that to begin with especially when you have small children.
