Directly across from us was a huge private yacht three of our four days. And forget about any ocean view because every morning there was a giant cruise ship almost parked in our room. Any "side" ocean view that we might have had was completely blocked off. We didn't need an alarm clock because the announcements from the ships were heard clearly into our room. On the last day we had breakfast outside facing the ocean and the ocean view was totally blocked off by not one, but two cruise ships docked one behind the other.

We were handled marvelously by your concierge staff. Greeted with a smile and positive presence each time we saw her, as well as handled our entire daily schedule. She is a tremendous asset to your beautiful hotel. We are already looking forward to return soon

When I asked about a possible upgrade, the girl said"don't even try it"!. Never had a hi or anything from any staff. The rest. had a great view but i felt like I was eating at Denny's until the bill came.
