Hotel is 2.5 blks to 2 Metro train stops, Old Town Trolly stops at front door. Slept like babies in "to die for" beds. Room spotless and very nicely decorated; staff/service professional. Would definitely return again and again. |

Room service brought consistently cold food. Housekeeping didn't make-up room after two direct calls one day--telephone service was funky--I was billed for two days--didn't get wake-up call on the last morning--was promised a certificate from Hilton to make up for the problems. Hasn't come to date. Even though I experienced difficulties--staff always polite and cheerful. Stayed at Hiltons worldwide--never such problems as this |
