Fridge did not work well and there were no towels at the pool. Good place to stay if you are on a budget. The only part a really disliked was the pushy sales lady in the lobby when I went to pick up pamplets on things to do - she wanted me to go do a time share tour or something.

The room was clean and up to standard, we reported a blocked plug in the bath and it was sorted out immediately, room was cleaned every day with clean sheets. Breakfast was basic but all we needed when up early, kids enjoyed it. Pool was good. Coffee available in Reception 24 hours. Great location.

FREE BREAKFAST CONSISTS OF 3 WAFFLE MAKERS AND 3 TOASTERS FOR HUNDREDS OF GUESTS, SO BE PREPARED TO WAIT IN A LONG LINE. OUR ROOM WAS DIRTY AND TUB DRAINED EVENTUALLY...

(Found out after) Room was musty, extremely dirty. Ended up in a handicap room - socks got dirty walking on carpet, bathroom floor was almost muddy. We were so tired, assumed sheets were clean and just slept and left in morning. Fabric on chair in room was so nasty we wouldn't even put anything on it. Seems simple - just clean the place!

Our room did not have a microwave and refrigerator even though they are advertised as such, no fitted sheets on the bed, only one light in the room worked, the remote control for the tv worked when it some time, the rails on the banisters are not secure, the ice machine didn't work, and the toilet didn't flush. Don't bother complaining because as I found out no one will come to your rescue.Could use improving - The Rooms

The rooms and especially bathrooms have an old musty smell that smells like urine. We asked for another room and the new room was smelled the same. One of the bed linens were not changed and smelled. We checked out the very next day, spoke with the manager about the many shortcomings, who refunded our money. Any price that this hotel offers is not worth the inconveniences and old smelly rooms.
