Staff are nice, but there seem to be group booking/billing issues. Room service is excellent and worth it (get the "crunchy" french toast!). Pool is small-ish but good, the hot tub & workout rooms open to 11pm. Great views from river-side rooms, near MIT, long walk to anything else. Free shuttle to mall. Few restaurants near by. Consider Boston's excellent food delivery service if you're hungry & without a car; it can be a long, confusing walk to a bar or restaurant.
