Reviewed by Carol S. of Dalton City of IL USA on Oct-2006 Stayed at the Property - Sep-2006 We have stayed at the Reach before & it was nice --- not now!!! We were not told about the extensive construction & it was a mess! I would not recommend this hotel until construction is done. There were only a handful of patrons there & we soon found out why!

The hotel's staff are wonderful. No one said this hotel was under renovation. We had to sit at the pool and listen to saws and jack hammers all day. The wet bar did not work, had to buy a cooler. It was clean, that is about it. Also the hotel restaurant was closed. They could have discounted the rates. I hardly think it was worth the money we spent to stay there. The only thing that was stable and copperative was the weather.
