Reviewed by Gail T. of on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 We had a simply wonderful time! This hotel is gorgeous, clean and very service oriented. The restaurants are pricey but worth it as the food is wonderful! The pool areas are gorgeous, we spent most of our time at the spa pool as it was quiet and serene but the larger main pool area would be great for families. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We had no problems at all and would return in a heartbeat!

The staff does not tell you that they charge double the amount of the charges to your card to ensure payment. We were out on the town and our card was denied!! They were not very helpful in resolving this issue!! The restaurants are very pricey for what they offer and they are not very kid friendly. They charge $7per day to park in the garage and then you have to take a shuttle to get to the hotel due to construction.
