The rooms could use an update but they were always clean and quiet. The pool area had plenty of chairs and umbrellas--beach towels were always available. The beach area is small but was filled with chairs and provided a great view of boats and somedays even dolphins. The IHOP provided a place to grab a quick bite--sometimes service was slow but it was always pleasant. We would stay there again--it was a great value.

The hotel needs some updates as it looks like it out of the 80's, but still agood value. The IHOP in the hotel is sub-par(quality and service) so definately eat somewhere else. Finally, be sure you check out the area construction before you leave for the clearwater beach area, you might be in for a surprize if you don't

The Quality Hotel is nice witha small (small is the word) private beach. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the pool was very warm. The hotel needs an update badly though. Also the IHOP down stairs is sub-par for an IHOP. Make sure that the construction in Clearwater Beach is over BEFORE you book a room there. at least 50% of the city was under construction which made my stay highly annoying.

Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, comfy beds adn a wonderful view over looking the ocean. Rooms were sound proof quiet and the oustide bar/staff were very nice. I also liked the fact that these rooms all had balconies to step out onto. Pool area and lounge charis - were great. The IHOP restauraunt that is attached to hotel (room serivce) was an added plus. Will definitely suggest and go back again.
