The pool is very nice and it has a great beach. Food at this hotel was great and very reasonably priced. It has a 24 hour shop for snacks, necessities etc.

Our room was beautiful, we will be back to visit next year, only this time with our 2 year old son!! This was perfect for only couples or families. The beach was awesome; the best hotel manager i have ever dealt with and deserves many pats on the back. This hotel was more than we expected; blew us away with service/beauty...a moment we will never forget!!! highly recommended to stay at this property, you wont/cant be disappointed!!!

During our stay, there was a family reunion, a wedding and a 50th anna. celebration going on, and yet the hotel never seemed crowded. We will be coming back.

They told us our room wasn't ready yet but that they would put it at the top of the cleaning list and call us when ready. Sure enough very shortly later we recieved our call. The room well exceeded expectations it was clean, spacious, and accomidating. Staff was also very friendly. The food, from what we had, was pretty good although the staff in the Island Grille wasn't overly attentive. The pool, courts, & beach were the most enjoyable, especially for kids & teens.

Should have an adult pool only because large amounts of families with small kids. Shower area could be better coming from beach. Our room had the worst view of any hotel I ever stayed in . It was the roof view with all kinds of noisy things that made our balacony a joke. We were on 3rd floor. Suprised at this view for a Sheraton property.

We were unable to unload our car upon arrival at the lobby, being waved on through by bell hops. Front desk service, landscaping and location were outstanding. Complimentary Voss & strawberries were very thoughtful and timely. Peak season prices seem a little high for no inclusive activities or sports equipment. Most everything was extra including music channels on television. Lots of families with children. Would return during offseason.

I just walked in the door without a reservation and we were immediately upgraded to a poolside/ocean view room. We were thrilled, everything was perfect, and the staff was great. Everyone beginning with the front desk help, and especially Bill the bellman, was gracious and friendly. Rooms were spotless, beach was clean and beautiful. Honestly, we couldn't have been happier, and we will return for a longer stay.

I was really worried when I booked the hotel because you really don't know until you get there. Sometimes the pictures on the internet are old or misleading. This hotel's pictures were right on! Everybody was so extremely friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The views were breath-taking! The sun rise and sun set are unbelievable. We ate at their restaurants and the food and service was top of the line. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are going back on vacation in August. This hotel really is a 5 Star Hotel. You won't be disappointed!

Reviewed by The N. of of MI US on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jun-2007 When we first arrived at the hotel we were a little earlier than check-in. They told us our room wasn't ready yet but that they would put it at the top of the cleaning list and call us when ready. Sure enough very shortly later we recieved our call. The room well exceeded expectations it was clean, spacious, and accomidating. Staff was also very friendly. The food, from what we had, was pretty good although the staff in the Island Grille wasn't overly attentive. The pool, courts, & beach were the most enjoyable, especially for kids & teens.

Should have an adult pool only because large amounts of families with small kids. Shower area could be better coming from beach. Our room had the worst view of any hotel I ever stayed in . It was the roof view with all kinds of noisy things that made our balacony a joke. We were on 3rd floor. Suprised at this view for a Sheraton property.

We were unable to unload our car upon arrival at the lobby, being waved on through by bell hops. Front desk service, landscaping and location were outstanding. Complimentary Voss & strawberries were very thoughtful and timely. Peak season prices seem a little high for no inclusive activities or sports equipment. Most everything was extra including music channels on television. Lots of families with children. Would return during offseason.

I just walked in the door without a reservation and we were immediately upgraded to a poolside/ocean view room. We were thrilled, everything was perfect, and the staff was great. Everyone beginning with the front desk help, and especially Bill the bellman, was gracious and friendly. Rooms were spotless, beach was clean and beautiful. Honestly, we couldn't have been happier, and we will return for a longer stay.

I was really worried when I booked the hotel because you really don't know until you get there. Sometimes the pictures on the internet are old or misleading. This hotel's pictures were right on! Everybody was so extremely friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The views were breath-taking! The sun rise and sun set are unbelievable. We ate at their restaurants and the food and service was top of the line. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are going back on vacation in August. This hotel really is a 5 Star Hotel. You won't be disappointed!
