The room carpet was stained adn dirty, very small and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The other patrons were very loud and obnoxious thruoghout the night and nothing was done to stop this. I feel that the pictures provides regarding this hotel were very deceiving!

Loved the pool. Was across from the Gulf Bay side of the ocean, across a road. Wasn't really a beach, but a beautiful view!

Very noisy - employees woke us up every morning yelling and carrying on outside out rooms. Someone hit my rental car in the parking lot and no one did anything about it! Good for students who really don't care where they stay;. Also our room was not vacuumed in five days. The only cleaning product the maid brought in the room was Windex and paper towels...how clean can that be?
Pros:	The breakfast & the pool

It was right by the parking lot so I had a hard time sleeping at night due to all the noise. It was also too far away from everything. Trying to get around was a bit of a hassel. I was unable to rent a bike because it was pretty chilly when I went and the scooters were a little scarry. I chose to use the city bus which was slow to pick up. I waited a hour both ways. If I did it again, I would definately spring for the extra cash and get a hotel closer to where the action is.

Cons:	hotel rooms need to be more soundproof
