The water slide was broken, the pool was filthy anyway. window ac units, buses parked outside the window with engines on at 4:30 am. For the same $$ I could have stayed at a Disney Resort. The shuttle service was nonexistant. The only nice part of this motel was their registration area.

Our luggage was stored away and when we went to retrieve it we fought with the bellhop that they were our bags. The hotel did nothing to commensate for the inconvienance.

The hotel was pretty empty so they let us pick whatever floor we wanted & then upgraded us to a poolview room. The room was very nice,newly remodeled & had a great view of the pool area. My 2 boys loved the pool & the slide(my husband even like the slide!)Restaurant(good value for buffet breakfast-kids eat free). We feel we recd more than our money's worth & would definitely stay there again!
