They should tell you online or by phone when you're booking that parking is $* a day. I hated that!!

Pros: The Location
Cons: $15 a day for parking/say that up front

I was there for the Atlanta Pride Fest and this was an awsome hotel there where a few things that could be fixed but nothing that was big enough to ruin my trip and the Front Desk was exstreamly quick to help with anything I needed plus this hotel is right acrossed from the Lynox Mall and within walking distance of 2 Marta Subway Stations so it was easy to get around I will deffently be staying here again and sugesting it to everyone I know

Pros: It is right there in the middle of everything
Cons: some of the stufe in the rooms could be better

At check-in, we were told the rooms are slated for updating soon. Once in our room, I understood the unsolicited apology. Ceilings are damaged, interior doors stripped of facing in places, windows are dirty. Pool was dirty immediately after "cleaning". Staff very friendly, layout of public spaces a bit confusing. MARTA trains nearby a big plus. Hotel needs serious upgrade and even lower rates seem too high for the lack of room quality. Parking in nearby garage charge is at substantial additional cost.

Cons: rooms, pool cleanliness

I chose this hotel because the windows open. That was pretty hypothetical that they actually opened, however it was not a problem because the air quality was excellent in my room (first floor). The room was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was a short walk from the MARTA and to the hotel where I attended a convention. Also was pleased with complimentary transportation

You do not get hot water, telephone does not respond, tube light goes off, you call room service and it gets fixed next day. Electronic keys does not work properly. Food is also not good.
