Pros: pleasant marina view, picturesque heated pool, hot tub, and tiki bar patio; convenient restaurant, laundry, gift shop, parking, and nearby boat tours. Cruise-ship style rooms were spacious and attractive with nice bathrooms. Cons: Ants in the bathroom area, service was good, but staff did not offer a warm/friendly reception, no free breakfast provided, restaurant was over-priced with most meals costing $16-30.

The pool area was kept clean, tikki bar had great drinks, and there was much to do. My husband did some charter fishing, the Casino boat leaves nightly right there and is free for those staying at the hotel. We also went on the glass bottom boat that leaves from the hotel marina which was also very nice. I only stayed a few nights but was very satisfied with my stay there.

Never could get housekeeping to answer phone for towels, we had to go to front desk to get ourselves. Tried to order room service, no one would answer. When we finaly did get someone the menu we had was an old one and they had no idea what we were trying to order. Several of the hotel staff were very rude!! For the amount of money we paid per night, we were extremely disappointed. Pool was great!!!

The service was excellent, the prices reasonable and the pool area lovely. It's a three-star, so the towels are a little scratchy and it's not like you're at the Ritz, but we found it an incredible value with lots of extra amenities - food delivered to the pool, etc. - for our lovely three-night stay in the keys.
