The staff, restaurant, rooms were large and quiet. My only complaint was that I paid an extra $50 a night for oceanview and all we could see were three palm trees and if you looked down, you could see cars in a parking lot. We never saw the ocean or Mallory Square.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was great - we had an oceanview room, but one of the ones that overlooked the parking lot also. Next time, I would ask for a room overlooking the pool and ocean. We will definitely go back

The bathroom was also very nicely decorated & good size. The whirlpool worked, but was older and needed to be cleaned. That aside, I would definitely stay there again.

However, at $* per night, I expected a much nicer room. You couldn't shut the bathroom door, the shower was pretty bad, the whirlpool tub looked like it was installed in 1972 & it's filter was full of hair!! It wasn't too clean---our socks turned black walking across the floor. The room needed some serious renovation.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was great - we had an oceanview room, but one of the ones that overlooked the parking lot also. Next time, I would ask for a room overlooking the pool and ocean. We will definitely go back

The bathroom was also very nicely decorated & good size. The whirlpool worked, but was older and needed to be cleaned. That aside, I would definitely stay there again.

However, at $* per night, I expected a much nicer room. You couldn't shut the bathroom door, the shower was pretty bad, the whirlpool tub looked like it was installed in 1972 & it's filter was full of hair!! It wasn't too clean---our socks turned black walking across the floor. The room needed some serious renovation.

The hotel was beautiful and the people who work there were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
