The rooms are like Motel 6 (Basic, Outdated and in need of major renovation) but they serve the basic purposes. Walking distance to Mall, Movies & Tons of Restaurants. Pool Area was Beautiful, Tropical and very clean. Kids and Adults alike will love it. Busch Gardens 5 mins away. In all, very Average. I would stay here again though because of location.

It wasn't until I climbed in the shower at 4am that I discovered that the grout all around the tub and safety bars were full of mold!!! That might explain the musty and moldy smell as we entered the room. The staff was really nice and the front desk area was really pretty.And the ceiling was very gorgous. But not enough to make up for the mold. The rooms are small and we did have a heck of a time trying to keep the curtains closed.

First, while checking in, the staff could not figure the concept of travel website bookings. What I already paid? How did I do that? Second, after settling into my room & putting on my pj's, I washed my face. Much to my dismay, there were no towels. There was no way to call the front desk so I walked to the lobby in my pj's with my wet face. Third, there are not enough words to discribe the vile breakfast, which is not included in the price of the room. Overall, I will never stay at the Clarion Hotel ever again.

Water in the bathroom did not stay hot long enough to fill the tub; took maintenance over an hour to check it out. Lights in bathroom didn't work. The carpet had stains everywhere. A/C did not work. There were no wash cloths in the room. I walked to the office to get some and they didn't have any; finally got some delivered. The room smelled musky, maybe moldy. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

The curtain was broken, falling and wouldn't close. Ice machines were broken. TV did not work properly. Coffee was in our room but we were not given condiments. Location was excellent and the pool area was nice. The hotel staff was rude and not helpful. Breakfast was suppose to be served at 6am but at 6:30 still was not ready. Of the three people working there no one knew how to run the register so we were unable to have breakfast at the hotel.
