Reviewed by Audrey P. of on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jun-2007 Service was terrible and my room had problems. 10.95 a day for internet when other hotels in the area give it for free.. Then they make you sign up for it yourself and I was on hold for 30m when I finally gave up. Then there is the beach umbrellas for 18 a day when the other hotels do not charge. No service on the beach. At 5 pm they took our umbrella.. !! Then at 6 pm they took our chairs. Why they had to take them at 6 pm was ridiculous I got a one bedroom,Gulfview room . nice except for the phone not working and the shower knob falling off.

Reviewed by mary g. of boston of ma usa on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - May-2007 I stayed at the Edge Water in May. We Loved it. I was with a group of friends and we found the hotel to be great. Our room was huge!! We had a two bedroom suite over looking the water. The room was very beautiful and very clean. We did feel the food was crazy money and there is NO need to charge your guests for umbrellas when you are paying for a room. (never mind a suite). Fix the umbrella in the room...this was crazy. we had a great time and would return. Loved every minute.
