The parking garage fee was outrageous $33 per night. My request for pillows took over an hour. No one even mentioned the free buffet at check-in. |

But my room was worn (fabric in chair had hole in the arm) and dirty (phones, doors, carpetting). My toilet was actually full of feces when I entered the room, with feces smeared on the toilet seat. The bathroom counter was dirty as well. |

I got to boston 10 times a year. I will try to find a better rate somewhere else. |

Checking out the time was off by 10 minutes, to the advantage of the parking facility resulting in additional parking fees. Plus it took an additional 20 minutes just to get through the garage as there is only one parking attendant to handle large functions. There were about 35 vehicles waiting in line; you do the math and figure out who is profiting by the errant clock and insufficient help. No reply in response to our complaint from the Hyatt. HUGE RIPOFF! |
