We have stayed here about 5 times in last 3 years, and would have stayed again in April if the compaint was at least acknowleged. We stayed here for a bowling tournament. The upgrade to the mini suite is definately worth it. Parking is free. It's connected to the Eldorado and the Silver Legacy which gives you plently of options for things to do and places to eat. This hotel was a little more family oriented than the others. Restaurants are a little over priced. It would also be nice to have a microwave in the room. It does get crowded and noisy on the weekend. If you can go during the week, I definately recommend it. We moved here after a really bad stay at the Sands, there was a price difference but it's well worth it. The beds are decent, the rooms are good and the best part is that it's convienently located/connected to Silver Legacy and El Derado providing many easy options for food, gambling and entertainment. We stayed in the Sky Tower and it is a bit of a walk, but not bad at all really (it was faster to walk than use the tram). The only complaint I had really was low water pressure in the shower.

I did not like staying in the far tower having to drag your luggage around and walking so far. The tram was slow so that is why we did not take it. The gambling was terrible as I played Craps and I bounced the dice at least 20 times off of the table. I never played there again and at the other casinos I only bounced the dice off the table 3 times in about 8 hours of play. What was worse was in 3 hours of gambling at Circus I was only serverd once with a complimentary beer. Other casinos I had to turn the waitresses away as I couldn't drink them fast enough.

Pros: Food, The restaurants had decent choices and good
Cons: Set-up, I did not like being in the far tower

The check-in service was great and the room was spacious, clean and had a great view. My only complaint is having to take an escalator, then a monorail and then an elevator to get to the room, fun the first time and then a royal pain at 2AM in the morning. Circus Circus was not the exciting destination I expected. The hotel layout was confusing, difficult to navigate. Rooms were clean and attractive, restaurants were good; but there were no schedules posted for acts, which were difficult to see over the crowd. "Free" meals and other promotions were never adequately explained, even when we asked, and proved unattainable. "The One Card" was virtually useless. My only complaint is having to take an escalator, then a monorail and then an elevator to get to the room, fun the first time and then a royal pain at 2AM in the morning. Also hordes of kids on the weekends, kids everywhere!

Sideshow games aimed at kids were the biggest attraction: teach them how to gamble young.

All the Staff were very friendly and helpfull. The Parking was close to the elevator doors and we always had a good spot. The Buffet was good for breakfast and lunch. But the discount "All You Can Eat in One Hour" at the Sushi Bar was the best. It is a true Sushi Bar with a Chef and not a help yourself place! The check-in service was great and the room was spacious, clean and had a great view. My only complaint is having to take an escalator, then a monorail and then an elevator to get to the room, fun the first time and then a royal pain at 2AM in the morning. Also hordes of kids on the weekends, kids everywhere!

The CC is on major streets and we went anywhere in Reno fast. We will return soon, I Hope!

We really enjoyed the mini-suite we stayed in. It had an excellent view. We would have liked to stay in the main building rather than the Tower Annex to avoid using the tram but the upgrade to the mini-suite was well worth it.

Check in was wonderful, staff was so nice. Room was modest but nice and clean. You can' t beat the location, since it's attached to two other hotels. But, you do have to deal with kids running up and down the halls at all hours. We had to call Security 3 times before they finally made the kids find their parents in the casino.

The CC is on major streets and we went anywhere in Reno fast. We will return soon, I Hope!

Hotel was very good. Food service was slow and the food was marginal. Next to two other casinos having alternate cloices for food. Would stay here again. Good value.

We didn't encounter any problems at the hotel. The service was great and the rooms were nice and clean. It was inexpensive so we definitely got our money's worth.

Pros: arcade for the kids
Cons: It could use a renovation

The customer service was very sad and embarrasing. The clerks, and housekeeping were helpful, but the service in the casino and bar area was demeaning. The waitress and bar servers were rude.

Sideshow games aimed at kids were the biggest attraction: teach them how to gamble young.

Cons: hospitality, communication

Much nicer/cleaner that C/C in Las Vegas. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the Mini-Suite was for only a few dollars more than standard room. Believe it or not, "the bed was comfortable". Staff was great, room spotless, casino was above avreage; I would certainly go back.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Mono rail to "Sky Tower"
