A phone charger broke and the Front Desk offered to lend us one of the many left behind by other guests so we didn't have to buy one. We were given maps and directions as well as shuttle service around downtown. Although Housekeeping missed our room one day, anytime I called for something, it was brought to my room in less than 5 minutes. The staff could not have been nicer or more friendly.

There is an $8 late checkout charge for taking your car out of the garage after 3:00 pm. So if you work until 5:00 pm and then take your car you'll be paying $18 plus the $8 late checkout fee. Don't waste your time trying to get the charge reduced or deleted.

Breakfast buffet was great. Staff very helpful and courtesy van took us to the areas in the city and pick up was in an acceptable time frame.
