Reviewed by Mary K. of CA USA on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 We only stayed 1 night, got there Monday left Tuesday..got charged for 1-night, couple days later got billed for another night..called manager, manager said he would have to check with housekeeping, I faxed my receipt I received at check out and confirmation which confirms my 1 night and rec'd a credit back on my credit card. We did enjoy our mini vacation but because of this double charge I won't be back . I'm suspicious why they charged me. Thank goodness I had my receipts. I to reply on housekeeping when it clearly shows on my receipt I checked out at 11:35.. |

My boyfriend and I went when there was a woman's convention so the whole hotel was filled with only women, he was one of like 5 men. It made us both very unconfortable and we should have been told that there was such a large convention before we booked. Lets just say next time i'm going to think twice before I book this hotel. |

Changed rooms three times. The first was a smoking room when a non smoking was reserved. The second was unacceptable; tub was filthy, lights had burned out bulbs, and mattress was broken down. Conference facilities were OK, but AV equipment wasn't reliable, there was no water, coffee, pens or scratch pads for attendees! Pool chairs were dirty, and outdoor bar had no dedicated bartender. The breakfast muffin ordered from the restaurant was a big hunk of freezer burn! Could use improving - Everything |

I was not too pleased with the comfort of the beds and the rooms are with double beds, not even a queen. I would spend the extra money for a king bed if you are sleep with someone else. The room also had automatic AC that was triggered by a motion sensor. This is great when you are moving around, but once you are asleep, the AC cuts off at some point and you wake up HOT! Great idea, poorly executed. |

Changed rooms three times. The first was a smoking room when a non smoking was reserved. The second was unacceptable; tub was filthy, lights had burned out bulbs, and mattress was broken down. Conference facilities were OK, but AV equipment wasn't reliable, there was no water, coffee, pens or scratch pads for attendees! Pool chairs were dirty, and outdoor bar had no dedicated bartender. The breakfast muffin ordered from the restaurant was a big hunk of freezer burn! Could use improving - Everything |

I was not too pleased with the comfort of the beds and the rooms are with double beds, not even a queen. I would spend the extra money for a king bed if you are sleep with someone else. The room also had automatic AC that was triggered by a motion sensor. This is great when you are moving around, but once you are asleep, the AC cuts off at some point and you wake up HOT! Great idea, poorly executed. |
