It is a nice hotel. Yes, there is a refrigerator, inside the desk (another reviewer said there was none). The bed and room were extremely comfortable. There is a buffet breakfast downstairs. The gym is tiny and embarassing, but the hotel is near some lovely jogging paths (you can run to the zoo for example). My only problem was that wake up calls either didn't come or came at the wrong time. They can fix that. I would stay here again without hesitation.

You had to sleep in the middle so you wouldn't roll out of bed. My window looked into a brick wall over the trash bin. 30 minutes to retrieve my car.

My visit to the hotel started with a 20 minute wait at the front desk, while the ONE PERSON working checked in the entire line of people in front of me. Hotel is extremely understaffed.....it took my room service 45 minutes to arrive(cereal isn't that complicated) and the restaurant was just as bad and overpriced. I was in a meeting in the basement and had to go into the 'back of the house' to find someone and was disgusted by the conditions.

I was in the basement at a meeting, had to go find an employee to help us and was appalled at the conditions of the back of the house....didn't eat anything there after that!
