Pros:	The big size rooms best for familys
Cons:	Pool could have been heated a little bit more

The hot buffet breakfasts were great, staff were so friendly and helpful and we received a super-cheap rate for the four of us. Free shuttle to D'Land, shopping mall and Knots Berry Farm. Staff also upgraded us to a sleep-bed suite overlooking the pool. A perfectly located Hotel. We have already booked our return holiday!
Pros:	breakfast and shuttle system
Cons:	pool needs more heating

We will definitely be back again!

We went out the next day and came back to a room that was not made. When we complained, the management said the cleaning staff had left for the day and did nothing. There was loud music till midnight right across from our room because the restaurant is in the middle of the facility and rents out rooms for parties. I spoke with the manager there, who did nothing, said that I would be contacted by the general manager. I never heard from him.

They accientally gave me by friends bridal suite.By the way their bridal suite is a room with a long living room for business meetings. Nothing beautiful about it. They kept issuing keys to room that were already checked in by other people. Incompetent front desk people, especially manager.
