Not very busy, we felt like the only people in the entire hotel. The location is the only plus. You are within walking distance of Seaworld. But, if your not at Seaworld there is nothing else to do. No shops or restaurants around hotel.

All they lacked was opening Starbuck's and the main lobby food court. The rooms were beautiful, large, and very comfortable bedding. The pool was nice as well, with a large bar restaurant beside. The staff was very friendly and went out of there way that your stay was pleasant.

Great with the kids, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The upgrades that have already been completed are fantastic. Enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Trade Winds... very ALLERGY friendly TOO!

I was aware of the renovations beforehand, so I knew that things would be loud (at times) and stores or restaurants would possibly be closed temporarily. When I went there, I was looking for a place just to sleep, so I really didn't use the hotel for my entertainment. If you want to hang around the hotel and be entertained, you might want to consider elsewhere, although they did have some activities going on, just not a lot.
