Reviewed by Amber W. of FL USA on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 Comfiest bed and pillows I've ever encountered! Room was spacious, clean & smelled fresh! Water pressure and hot water were a force to be reckoned with! Also a very quiet room. Continental breakfast offered was pretty good. Room service responded to our needs in a snap! Only complaint is drain in shower and hot tubs were closed. Everything else was A+++! We stayed on the top floor so we had a fantastic view of the Superdome and downtown. Parking at nearby garage was a hop, skip, & a jump from our room. VERY pleased with our stay.

Upon check in the hotel staff was plesant, but if you need anything after that, forget about it, and the parking situation is sad to say the least. They used to Valet, no more Valets, you park yourself! GOOD LUCK, you will need it!
