Reviewed by Joanna S. of on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 This hotel had great service! The bellman Ricky was very helpful, front desk staff were always friendly. Breakfast is great and the free drinks at night were enjoyable. I stayed at the main hotel on the 5th floor. Room was very nice except for the carpet. It needed to be replaced and I brought it to their attention. Location of this property is great. It's close to the French Quarter, 2 blocks from the Riverwalk and Harrahs Casino and close to the Port of New Orlean for cruising. We ate dinner at Mulates and had great service with friendly staff and fun live music. |

Reviewed by Chris G. of Atlanta of GA USA on Mar-2007 Stayed at the Property - Mar-2007 Breakfast is awesome. Rooms in the Loft are spacious. Rm service is great. Mulates Cajun Restaurant, near the hotel has horrible service and rude personnel. Valet service does not do any alterations. But, the Front Desk can offer suggestions. Valet parking is mandatory and a bit of a pain. Hot tub has been broken for months. |

Reviewed by David D. of on Mar-2007 Stayed at the Property - Mar-2007 This was a much older hotel than expected. While the property boasts having all suites, the dorm-room sized bath and vanity areas were clearly compromized. The property also had more of a "motel" feel because most rooms are entered from the outside. |
