Reviewed by S. G. of IL on Dec-2007 Stayed at the Property - Nov-2007 Choose this hotel for its location, return because of its exemplary levels of service. Also, every hotel is "renovated" now-a-days, but this one really improved the quality and experience of a guest's stay (especially the new beds). All in all, my stay was "refreshing". |

Reviewed by phil o. of port orange of fl usa on Jan-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jan-2007 it's obvious this is an older hotel that has undergone an extensive renovation. close to west end and the rapid transit still needs help. outside pool not much good in winter. no sauna or steamroom and you have to walk thru the lobby or meeting floor to get there if you are in the north tower. the chairs in the rooms are not made for comfort. the bed is OK but not as quality as many other better named hotels, but the pillows are feather and luxurious. if you can get a good price, the location makes this a good deal, but really, there's not much to do in dallas if you're a tourist. |

Reviewed by Martin P. of Houston of TX USA on Nov-2006 Stayed at the Property - Nov-2006 Our stay was wonderful. The staff went all the way to make our stay there a pleasure. We went to the Thanksgiving Buffet and had some of the best food and service you could hope for. The only faults we could find was that the gratuity was manditory. The other thing is that unless you park around the back on a surface lot (which you still have to pay for) Valet is $19. We are already planning our next trip there. |
