THE ROOM WAS GREAT, THE KIDS LOVED IT TOO. THE STAFF WAS GREAT. THE ONLY DRAWBACK WAS THE $15.00 PER DAY FOR PARKING. THE SHUTTLE TO DISNEYLAND WAS GREAT AND ALWAYS ON TIME.

Pros: SERVICE STAFF

It is quite a walk from Disneyland but with the free shuttle that is not an issue. I ordered room service and the food was very good. Breakfast buffet was superb especially since we got a special complimentary breakfast. The dining area was very comfortable and overall service was very good. Beds were comfy and so were the pillows. Our room was on the 9th floor on the end so it was quiet. I have stayed at many types of hotels and for the price you can't beat it. Only downfall you have to pay for parking.

Pros: breakfast buffet
Cons: older rooms

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. See the Concierge for activities around the area. Our room was clean and quiet. We did order room service really late one night. Boy, were they quick!!! We got our late night meal within 15 minutes!!! They offer a shuttle bus to and from Disneyland. The last shuttle bus leaves Disneyland about 50 minutes after the park closes. Be sure to check out La Casa Garcia, which is located just across the street. Excellent service and food!!!

I disagree with some of the reviews in that I thought the location was less than stellar. It was not easy to walk to restaurants, especially with kids (need to cross 4 lane hi-way). There also were not many good restaurants in the immediate area - most are closer to Disney.

Across the street from Target you don't have to bring snacks, because you can run accross the street. Best curbside appeal, compared to surrounding hotels. All types of restaurants and drive-thru's within walking distance, Concierge has driving directions to any location. Make improvements on the pipes. I was awaken every morning by the sound of the person next door showering because the pipes made a hammering sound. And the noise of the heavy doors slamming close. I believe this was the best hotel in a 5 mile radius.

An extremely quiet room amid the activity of Orange County. Clean and well apointed room with a high level of service. Yes, you have to pay for parking but then this is California. The costly nature of hotel dining led us to several of the nearby reasonbly priced restaurants within walking distance. The Starbucks in the hotel was a winner!

Pros: Excellent service
Cons: not much
Recommended For: Business Couples

I would give this hotel a five star, however, the parking was my problem. Huge parking but for guests who to stay at the hotel, still pays $15 per night for parking. :(

Pros: Ambiance of the hotel
Cons: Parking

Across the street from Target you don't have to bring snacks, because you can run accross the street. Best curbside appeal, compared to surrounding hotels. All types of restaurants and drive-thru's within walking distance, Concierge has driving directions to any location. Make improvements on the pipes. I was awaken every morning by the sound of the person next door showering because the pipes made a hammering sound. And the noise of the heavy doors slamming close. I believe this was the best hotel in a 5 mile radius.

Pros: location
Cons: pipes in wall, and loudness of doors shutting
