Staff were rude, lifts were slow, had to pay for regency club perks which are complimentary everywhere else and could not get into breakfast on any of the mornings we stayed at the hotel.

Everything was so clean and being a clean freak myself that is very important. The beds and bed linens were wonderful. Did not eat at the restaurant as we are uncomfortable being up so high, but the restaurant looked lovely and people seemed to enjoy it.

Everything was so clean and being a clean freak myself that is very important. The beds and bed linens were wonderful. The weather was great, the city so decorative -- with all its lights and Christmas decorations. The hotel was in a super location. This was our second trip to San Francisco this year so we definitely love it there.

Also, the location of this hotel was convenient. It was close enough to walk to the wharf or Chinatown if you wanted to. If not, transportation was within steps of the hotel.
