The messed up our reservations, gave us wrong room types, didn't get our wake up calls, was treated very rudely, the rooms were not that clean, was yelled at by the front desk clerk after coming back from a funeral and because we chose not to check out the hotel feels we should not be taking care of in any way.
Pros:	Breakfast
Cons:	CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Would have liked a kid tv channel such as Nickelodeon or Boomerang to settle the kids down before bed. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great nights sleep, good breakfast and a clean room.
