Reviewed by MICHELLE S. of on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jun-2007 BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL FOR A DECENT PRICE THAT I HAVE STAYED IN..CONCIERGE SERVICE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE MINUTE MY HEAD HIT THE PILLOW I WAS ASLEEP! THE MOST COMFY BEDS AROUND.

Reviewed by rick H. of MI USA on May-2007 Stayed at the Property - May-2007 Overpriced. It is a basic hotel. The gym is grossly inadequate for the times. I was told the $40+ parking was only $5 more than across the street. We found $15/day one block away. Housekeeping only superficial.

If you want to avoid the parking fee and still have a car, rent from Dollar onsite. The wifi is pay as you go.The hotel staff know little about the system. You can print boarding passes for free at the business center. The location is great. Nearby is a 24 hour Denny's and IHOP if you arrive at an odd time. The exterior rooms are noisy. The beds are very comfortable.

Everything needs to be updated. We couldn't open our window and the air/heat unit was so old (70's) that the words were worn off on how to use it. It was noisey and way too expensive for what you get. The ONLY good thing about the room was the bed. Very comfortable.

Once I needed to find out some information but I left my laptop at home and they had a laptop at the check in that they let me use. The house keeping didn't really clean our rooms. They never changed our sheets or brought us new towels, they just kind of orginized the room. The bathrooms are really small too.
