The complimentary coffee they provide in the lobby is always empty and they would not refill it when requested. The shuttle is by reservation only-to and from disneyland so you have to know in advance what time you are going to come back. The people running the hotel are unfriendly and unhelpful.

Room was small, but the bathroom was great! Loved the bowed shower curtain allowing lots of elbow room in the shower.
