Staff would benefit from customer service training. Beds hard as a rock - good thing they give you extra pillows because you have to sleep on them. People that say the beds are comfortable are out of their minds. I've been more comfortable sleeping on the ground while camping. I've stayed here a few times, only because of the great deals. Money talks! Neighborhood is not too good - close to tenderloin.
