Reviewed by J S. of on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 I stayed here for a few weeks in a row. In reading reviews I expected pretty bad conditions. Rooms have been clean (been in 4 separate rooms), amenities are basic. Some problems with the AC in one room. This isn't the Ritz, it is a basic hotel with nicer than expected rooms and cleanliness. Not going to be perfect, but for the price, it is a great deal. I needed a clean comfortable place to stay. This was more than sufficient. Ritz=high end. Marriott = mid range. This Best Western = basic, clean does the job for a small price.
Pros:	price, better than expected rooms
Cons:	Sheets don't fit bed/toilet is child sized

I got to my room and the heater was broken, so I changed rooms. The non-smoking room I got was the only one in a block of smoke. Walls paper thin, banging all night next door, banging on door at 3 AM, woman crying in hall at 3AM, bathroom floor all sticky, mattresses in the hall, lobby a mess, and the kicker, NO WATER IN HOTEL on Fri. night and no warning, and staff could care less about it. DON'T STAY HERE!
