The service of your staff is amazing and the location, style, decor, restaurants, all the best. We loved the spa and massages.Whoever hires and trains your staff is commended. I remember most of their names and I felt that they really loved their work and enjoyed making our stay the best possible experience. I would love to stay there again on my next visit to orlando. Thanks so much!

First day, Great! Second day alarm clock went off at 6 am. We didn't set it. Talked to manager and all they said was they would tell housekeeping. Sunday Morning alarm went off at 6 and 7. When I spoke with the manager he basically told me he didn't care and couldn't DIGNIFY reimbursing any money for the room. BAD MANAGEMENT!

The lobby was being renovated. The staff went out of their way to make our visit absolutely wonderful. We traveled with 2 teenage kids.....and, they had so much fun. Even though we did not use the SPA, they offer Mother and Daughter Day, Princess Day, Pineapple Scrubs, etc. I will be staying at this resort many times, and take advantage of the spa to make my visit extra special!! There is a sports bar looked great, and the Outback resturant look romantic with large fish ponds and aqariums.

I loved this hotel!! The room's were spotless and well equiped, the views over Epcot were stunning (we watched the fireworks right from the balcony). The Disney Character breakfast was magical for my kids and the staff were incredibly friendly. I do advise that you brace yourself & your budget for all the tips and incredibly high prices that you find EVERYWHERE in Orlanda (a simple sandwhich supper for my family of 5 is about $60). I would certainly stay in this hotel again.... the pools, food, rooms, views, staff and services were all excellent!

As travel agents, we were keen to experience the makeover this hotel was undergoing. Ask for a newly updated room. They are chic, cool and beautiful. Extremely comfortable beds now as standard and nice bathroom finish and tiling. Very clean and big improvement on previous stay. Would now recommend to clients which wasn't the case only a short time ago. Restauranr food however still pricey for the quality but so close to Downtwon Disney as not to be a hinderance.

The decor was yucky, i must say so. It was a trip back to 1983, which i did not want to go back to. The food was over priced!

The Outback is incredible and I strongly recommend the coconut prawns. If you are a runner, you can jog along hotel plaza dr. It's a nice, flat path. The pool is a good size and there are plenty of chairs available. I do wish Arthur's 27 was still open. I think it's just a lounge there now. The hotel is very clean you can count on that for sure!!! Shower doesn't have any pressure the water drips out. Everything else was wonderful and plus if you get the room facing epcot you will see the fireworks from your own balcony!!! That is a PLUS.

The hotel is beautiful, the service is very good, and the location is excellent. The transportation to the parks needs improvement. We wasted a lot of time waiting for the bus. We had never had this issue in others hotels.

I visited this place when it was being renovated, and we heard nothing but noise early in the morning! We were forced to wake up with the level of noise... The rooms were really dated. The decor was yucky, i must say so. It was a trip back to 1983, which i did not want to go back to. The food was over priced!

I had the worst experience here. Water was off by 7am, main pool was closed for the first 2 days we were there, Aweful experience with the hotel manager and after numerous attempts to speak to a corporate person about the matter, I was simply ignored. I was not even looking for a partial or full refund, but to be treated like I was by the hotel and then by the corporation, I will not be staying in any resort owned or operated by LXR.

I have been stayed at this hotel several times and the service is exceptional. The rooms are spotless and the staff is eager to help. The guest rooms have been updated with plasma screens and modern furniture. It's very chic.
