Reviewed by E C. of San Jose of CA USA on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jun-2007 Staff was very pleasant, but even on a no-smoking floor it still smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows were not much better. AC unit was loud. Cable out on most stations. Not a good area.

The rooms were clean and the bathrooms "fresh"! We appreciated the easy freeway access, but wished that room service were available for late travelers like us! We were hungry!

Cons:	micro/fridge in rooms would be appreciated

I will only stay at this Holiday Inn when I return to Reno next spring!
