Relaxing, comfortable, pretty, but not decadent. The concierge was not very knowledgeable, but very friendly and tried to help.

Bathroom: Clean but received only minor cosmetic touch-ups. Fixtures well-worn. Parking: Limited. Valet parking only. Restaurants: Eateries located in Crocker Galleria. Restaurants on Belden Pl. (NE corner of Kearny and Bush). Amenities: Roof garden on 3rd floor. Additional comments: Attractive lobby. Undergoing final stage of renovations (elevators and 2 lower floors). Minimal noise/disruption. Walking distance to BART, Chinatown and Union Square. Post Office, 7/11, Walgreens, Crocker Galleria Mall nearby.
