We had everything we needed to cook meals and prepare snacks, which was great with two young children. The view was spectacular and the customer service was satisfactory. Parking was difficult, as we had to park across the street for half of our stay. That was not easy with two little ones! Overall, a great experience!

The staff was friendly-- when they overbooked all of the king rooms, they upgraded us for free and we got an ocean view room. Duke's Canoe Club was a terrible dining experience. The staff was rude. Everything else was GREAT. You can walk anywhere and can get cabs very easily. Lots of shopping and GREAT Beach and activities.
Pros:	right in the middle of Waikiki and on the beach

We stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, and loved it too, but for the money, we will definitely stay at the Luana Waikiki again. Very clean, the staff was great, great location. I highly recommend it.

Staff handled resultant problems calmly. Guests were allowed to charge phones/computers in lobby. Everybody seemed to be having a good time. Rooms are nicely updated, and very clean. Nice view.
