Reviewed by T M. of of MN USA on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Mar-2007 Where should I start? The sleeper couch was torn on the outside & bed was inoperable. Bathroom smelled so bad I had to buy my own cleaning supplies. Manager only comped a $50 discount for whole 5 night stay.We tried to find other hotel but booked due to Spring break. Horrible customer service.Not to mention it is in a not so nice part of town, with tagging/vandalism on buildings next door. Front door locks at like 7pm and you have to have card to get in. That is scary! All this for $X a night????? No Thanks. |
