Reviewed by D F. of Cumberland, Va America on Dec-2007 Stayed at the Property - Nov-2007 As a travel agent, I wanted to choose a hotel that's within distance of everything to refer to clients and I chose this one. My son enjoyed being able to walk a few minutes and view much of what Baltimore has to offer. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and took care of all of my needs. Very satisfied. Even room service was great.

Reviewed by L. R. of Hughesville of Md USA on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 Clean room, walking distance to O's, and Inner Harbor sights, convenient refrig & microwave, slow elevators. Room was ready & we were able to check in early. High daily parking fee - $18

Reviewed by Kathleen R. of on Jan-2007 Stayed at the Property - Feb-2007 We had reserved a king-size room and ended up with a double size bed and our room was still dirty from the previous occupants. When we complained we were able to switch rooms, but were informed that the double sized bed was what they considered "king-sized". The staff was generally unfriendly. We're fairly low maintenance people when we travel, but this was substandard, even for us. Definately not worth the money.
