Had to purchase hand tools to repair window (on 1st floor) that wouldn't lock and "Security Gate which was supposed to require room key to open , was broken and anyone had 24 hr. access to all remote sections of hotel and any room or hallway.

I'd recommend if you are just going to sleep here and don't want to use any of the facilities. I was surprised at the lack of customer service. I would have expected this level of service from a lower quality hotel chain, but not from Crowne. They started by losing my reservation, both of my keys didn't work and their "gym" was a couple of treadmills and a broken bowflex. If you'd like a great view of a warehouse storage lot, by all means stay here.

We were told at the hotel there was no free shuttle, but we could take a cab for $15 each way. The next morning someone else explained that the hotel paid for cab fare each way or will pay if you park your car at Disneyland. When I called the hotel to get a cab pickup from Disneyland I was asked if it was part of my hotel package. I explained to her the morning desk person told me it was included as part of staying at the hotel. the desk clerks do not all seem to have the same information.
