The Hyatt is beautiful and located right across the Ferry Bldg and the BART. Our room was on the 17th floor w/ an amazing view of the Embarcadero and the Harbor. The only small gripe was the bathroom - looked dated but very clean. Highly recommend taking the ferry to Sausalito (gorgeous view of the city from there).
