Reviewed by Liz A. of Boston , MS USA on Jan-2008 Stayed at the Property - Jan-2008 You can clearly see the staff is managed well. The employees are always kind which tells me they are well treated and trained properly. The exterior was not desirable so my impression when arrived was not a good one, but the guest rooms, cleanliness and outstanding service tell another story |

Reviewed by Mike M. of Boston of MA on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 After reading previous reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect at this hotel. This hotel turned out to be very clean and nice to be in. My room was a tad on the small side, but not confining though. The excellent location very near the Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium makes it an ideal place to stay. My only real complaint was that I could hear the TV in the next room (I think it turned up loud) and I could hear when doors shut in peoples rooms. My only other complaint, the vending machines didn't work too well. All and all, I would stay here again! |

It's a great to stay to be within walking distance to the museum complex, Millinium Park and shopping. Easy walk to most of what you want to do. Transportation at your door. Front desk was very helpful & friendly. Guest service call center was short and almost rude when we asked to pick up car. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and room was clean. |

When they add a key for you later on, it most likely won't work. The encryption of the keys is probably related to the number of keys. |

Staff was great, beds were fine, rooms were clean? now the negatives: one elevator was broken the entire weekend (LONG wait for the other), room heater was extremely loud, shower faucet handle broke off. If you stay here, don't get the buffet at the 1st floor... go the Eleven. Its an incredible diner just down the street- great food, great service. |
