A Jr. Suite was $* per night. The room was sweltering. The AC was not on and it was over 97 degrees outside. Our room was to connect to another room and the connecting door was locked. We had to wait 15 minutes before they came to unlock the connecting door. The room was outdated and had a view of the roof and the fans. A harbor view costs "extra money". An additional $27 per night for parking. Out of towners take note that there are lots of hotels in Baltimore, so stay somewhere else that gives you better value for your $$$.

Pros: Nothing that I can think of
Cons: The $$$ and the rooms

The pricing or rooms varies each time we go. The pricing should be more consistant. We have been detered from going when the rooms were over $*. per nite. At times you can go for * per nite. Food is excellent, best crab chowder, however all very pricey. Plan on an expensive weekend here. Hearing toilets flushing early in the morning can be annoying when you are trying to sleep in. Very convenient to all the attractions. Staff are always willing to help and go out of their way.Health club a plus. Outside pool is great on the 6th floor.

Pros: helpful staff and clean rooms.
Cons: noise from toilets flushing, room pricing

Wonderful beds, lovely rooms, and views of Inner Harbor, but don't expect your in room safe to be usable. We were in 2 different rooms and neither had a working safe. When checking in, the attendant told us do not visit the Inner Harbor unless we were in a large group, because it is dangerous. Hotel does not have a 1st aid kit available.

When you are greeted at the Hyatt, you are greeted with friendly staff. The are very personable and helpful. We stayed on the 14th floor and the view was awesome. The room was super clean, the bathroom was spotless and I just love the soap that they provide, it smells wonderfully clean. Plus there is a little bottle of scope for your use. I like the use of the wire shelving under the sink in the bathroom, it keeps items neat and orderly. My husband and I would stay there again. It was well worth the money.

Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: None I can think of
