The amenities make it extremely convenient and enjoyable. Can't beat the complimentary beverages in the evening, and the complimentary fabulous breakfast buffet in the morning. Also enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool/spa with the kids. Service was also exceptional. I would highly recommend for families. 5 stars! |

I identified myself as a travel agent and showed him my credentials and I was treated like a second class citizen. After we checked into the hotel I needed to go back to the car. As I passed the concierge desk the same person who grudgingly checked us in was sitting with his feet crossed up on the desk. The front of the suite is noisy. Our room service dinner was not delivered as ordered and the food was too salty. Don't order the soup it was spoiled. |

The door man and roomservice folks were great.Roomservice food was way too salty and they forgot items that we had ordered. I missed the usual sink in the bedroom. The beds were comfortable. I was traveling with 2 children. This is a good place to bring the family. Not a good place to eat. |
