Reviewed by Regina B. of on Feb-2008 Stayed at the Property - Feb-2008 I love staying at the Fairmont, but I wish I had known that it was undergoing extensive renovations that included accessing my room. I had to be rerouted to the lower level elevators which was inconvenient, especially late at night as a single woman.

The Fairmont has very well trained staff and the Concierge made great recommendations. Be sure to try the Sunday jazz brunch at Bistro 110 on E/ Pearson @ Michigan. Walking distance from the Fairmont.

Elegant lobby. Convenient location. Staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful . Gracious service throughout. Would stay here again.
