Reviewed by david c. of sacramento of ca on Aug-2007 Stayed at the Property - Aug-2007 This can be a destination resort. The rooms are nice, the restaurants and lounge nicer, and the location next to Riverfront Park and downtown shopping and an IMAX theater is the nicest.

Reviewed by Sheri S. of Redmond of WA on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 Dinner on the deck overlooking the pool and river was wonderful -- atmosphere, food and service all above par. Upon request, we were upgraded to a very comfortable room with balcony overlooking the pool, nicely decorated, superior linens. One of the few times we had enough pillows -- usually we have to call Room Service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The workers at the hotel, however, do a very good job at saying "no" to even the most simple requests. Furthermore, on two different stays, we were given rooms that were inferior to the rooms that we had paid for and reserved. Would not stay again unless there was no alternative.
