When I asked to be moved to another room they were very rude and stated it could not be done, although there were rooms available. We tried canelling our reservations and they said because we booked through a third party online travel site that we had to cancel through the original site we booked the hotel on. We tried to cancel with the travel site and we were told that they also could not cancel due to the hotels cancellation policy.

We had to call the front desk every night due to people in the pool after hours. One night there was a group of very loud, drunken men in the room next door, out in the hallways etc. The desk did get them to be quiet, but more security may help prevent these problems.
